A reprint of a work first published in 1948. It looks at the war as it affected the people of Caithness as well as the county and includes a roll of honour. Although a small underpopulated area it suffered all the horrors of war from being bombed, to losing nine men on Jervis Bay and having bodies from Exmouth washed up on her shores. An excellent amateur history. |
